We find the work and we get you booked on it. Earn less than $600 in 30 days and you get the whole fee back.
20-minute call · You pay nothing unless we take you on
You have sent the applications. A portfolio that took months to build, sent to brand after brand, and most of them never reply at all.
The problem is not your work. It is that you are one of four hundred applicants in a queue nobody has time to read, and the brands paying properly are the hardest ones to reach.
So we go the other way. We place you on brand work until you have earned at least $600, and if that has not happened inside 30 days you get every dollar of the fee back.

$600 is the floor we count, not the ceiling. Miss it and the $299 comes straight back.
One campaign is how a brand decides you are worth keeping.
The $600. The brand sees your work and how you handle a brief.
Brands re-book creators who deliver. The second one carries them no risk.
Predictable work, a fixed rate, and no re-pitching every month.
We guarantee the $600. The retainer is what it puts you in the room for.
A 20-minute call. We look at your portfolio and your handles and decide whether we can realistically place you.
If we do not think we can place you, you pay nothing and we tell you exactly what is missing.
One payment. No subscription, no renewal, nothing else to buy. The 30-day clock starts here.
We keep placing you on brand work until you have earned it. If 30 days pass and you have not, the full $299 returns automatically.

You are up at least $301 on the fee, with the portfolio piece and a brand that now has a reason to book you again.
Automatically, without asking. You are exactly where you started, having paid nothing for the month.
There is no third outcome. We can carry that risk because we screen first, and we tell you on the call either way. If it is not a yes yet, you pay nothing and we tell you what to fix.
That you earn at least $600 from brand work we place you on, within 30 days of paying. Not that we show you opportunities. That you get the money. If you have not earned it by day 30, the full $299 is refunded to your card automatically, without you having to ask.
Correct. Either you clear $600 and you are up at least $301, or the fee comes back in full. The only thing you spend either way is the 20 minutes on the call. We can carry that risk because we screen first and only take on creators we are confident we can place.
Work you are booked and contracted for inside the 30 days counts toward the $600, even when the payout itself lands later on the brand’s own terms. The deadline is on us finding and closing the work, not on a brand’s accounts payable.
Turn it down. You can decline up to two campaigns and stay in the programme while we keep placing you. Declining a third ends the guarantee, because at that point the limit is what you are willing to take on, not what we can find.
That is the real reason to do it. The $600 is what we guarantee, but a campaign is how a brand finds out you are worth re-booking, and repeat bookings are what become monthly retainers. We cannot promise you a retainer and would not trust anyone who did, but we can put you in front of the brands that hand them out.
Creators in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, aged 18 or over, with an active Roster account and a portfolio we can show a brand.
Because we are guaranteeing your earnings, not our effort, and that only works if we are honest about who we can place. Taking $299 from somebody we already suspect we cannot get to $600 just means refunding it a month later and wasting their month. The call is us underwriting the promise, not selling you on it.
Applying is open to everyone and always will be, and this changes nothing about the free side of Roster. The difference is that here we actively source the work, put you in front of the brand ourselves, and are financially on the hook for a specific number by a specific date.
The day you pay. It pauses only if we cannot reach you, meaning you do not respond to us or to a brand within three business days, or your account goes inactive. It picks up again when you are back.
An honest answer either way, and no payment unless we think we can deliver.
