UGC Roster requires an active paid subscription to access automated outreach and full platform features. There is no free tier for these tools.

What does Pro add over Starter?

Is there a free trial?
There is currently no free trial on creator subscription plans. You are charged for your chosen billing period (monthly or annual) as soon as checkout completes.
Can I use the platform without paying anything?
You can create a profile, but automated outreach and full access require a subscription. If you're not ready to subscribe, you won't be able to use those features yet.
Billing questions or unexpected charges?
Do not guess about specific invoices. Open the in-app support widget (bottom-right) and use the "Talk to the team directly" form — the team replies by email.
