A collaboration opportunity from a wellness brand has just come in and I need to pitch a concept fast. Building a structured presentation from scratch takes time. I use CoPilot in PowerPoint to create a presentation within seconds. It builds out the structure, intro, concept, audience, deliverables and next steps. It completely automates turns loose ideas into a polished starting point. I even have a separate document which includes specific brand details. I use CoPilot in PowerPoint and say, 'Create a slide summarizing the brand background and target audience from this document.' Bam! I have a new slide ready to go. This saves me so much time. Sometimes the slide is informative, but too long or too formal for how I generally pitch. I highlight the text and ask, 'Rewrite this to sound more concise and presentation ready.' Then it upgrades the wording and is clear, tight and client-ready for me to send. I go from a rough collaboration idea to a complete pitch deck in a few minutes. Try CoPilot in PowerPoint for your next pitch and see how much time it saves you.
