Are you headed to Cancun? Let's check out the Riu Cancun. So I had a private driver that waited for me at the airport and brought us straight to the front door of the Riu Cancun. This is the lobby of the Riu Cancun and it can get pretty busy. However, they do bring you welcome drinks upon arrival for your wait. I stayed in a king room, junior suite with an ocean view, room 433. It came with a minibar that was restocked daily with beer, water and soda. And you also got vodka and tequila in your room. These are some of the shots we had at the bar downstairs. Some of the food that we had on the property, at a steak house and they also had a buffet that had a lot of different choices to choose from and it was pretty good. I stayed for a week, so I was kind of tired of it after the week. However, the sushi restaurant on property was the best restaurant on property. They also have an Italian restaurant. We were there for a foam party that got kind of lit. It's Mexico, you know, live your life. This is my view from my room. It overlooks the pools on the property, the pools on the property along with the bar, the swim bar and the area where they have shows. I got some good pics on that balcony, y'all. We went down to the beach and did jet skis and just had a family beach day. And they also brought free drinks down there. This view is from my sister's room on the 14th floor and the beach which is a two minute walk away from the hotel resort. So if you stay there, let me know how you like it.
