Oh, nothing. Just hanging around. If you can't do pull-ups or you want to get better at pull-ups, I recommend this right here. Comes with three of these, 75 pounds of resistance each or 75 pounds of assistance each. And then, so with three of them, you got 225 pounds. I mean, if you have this many on, you're really kind of cheating. So this is 225 pounds of help. That's more than I weigh. So I'm shaking 'cause I just got done with an extra workout. But, you know, pretty easy with all three of these on. If you can't do pull-ups, this is pretty good for you. And if you can do pull-ups, I highly recommend it if you wanna add a little muscle failure, if you wanna go a little harder, add some extra sets in. This will do it.
