Customer says their iPad won't charge. It's me, I'm the customer. Let's go see what that's about. So recently I replaced the screen on my iPad and forgot that my charge port was actually dirty. So come clean it with me. This is something you can do every day in your own house. If you have like a toothpick or just something that's not necessarily metal or something that's ESD safe, just stick it in there, don't scrape hard, just you know, lightly graze it and pull out whatever dirt and dust and grime is in there. And you'll be able to have a clean charge port and no more charging issues. And just like with my controllers, I tend to do this at least once a month. Um, especially with my phone because I keep it in my pocket and with pocket lint comes damaged charge ports. So this is something that you would like to do yourself, try it out and see. And now after maybe 60 seconds of work, the charge port works. And we're all good to go. This is basic, the basic tech. On the next one.
