Every doctor kept telling me the same thing. Your scans are fine. But I couldn't sit, stand or sleep without bad pain. I tried everything. Chiropractors, physical therapy twice a week, massage, YouTube stretches, even a new chair. But it would help for a day or two, and then the pain always came back. I was kind of losing faith, but someone on Reddit of all places, suggested that I check out Postureletic. And so I did. Downloaded the app, it was really easy to download. I was pretty impressed by what I saw. It uses an AI posture scan to analyze how your body's actually aligned. And then it builds a personalized corrective exercise plan based on your specific imbalances, not random stretches off the internet, which makes it way more effective. What surprised me was how simple the exercises were. No heavy screens, just really small corrective movements that you can do at home. And within a few weeks, you know, my body started feeling really different in a way that I didn't expect. About 12 weeks later, I could sit through a full work day, drive without constant neck tension, and even work out again without pain afterward. If you're tired of temporary fixes, click the link below. Um, take the posture scan and finally see what's causing your pain.
