The food you are consuming might be ruining you. Stop guessing if what you're eating is healthy. I downloaded this app called Kiwi and it me to scan anything I want to eat and it will tell me if it's good or bad. I went ahead and scanned this Buffalo wing sauce that I wanted to eat. And Kiwi went ahead and analyzed it for me. The results were honestly not shocking. Clearly this sauce is not good for you. So now that I've scanned this with the Kiwi app, I know not to eat it because it contains preservatives and seed oils and much more that are not going to be good for me. This app has made it so easy for me to start eating healthier and you can start a free trial and see for yourself.
