About Elizabeth

Hi, I’m Liz! I’m a bubbly, down-to-earth person who loves the gym, arts and crafts, trying new things and sharing my experiences. Having faced health challenges throughout my life, I’ve learned to appreciate what my body can do, even with reduced lung capacity and fluctuating energy levels. I love challenging myself, celebrating small wins and keeping life fun! I’m excited to grow as a content creator, make authentic and relatable content, and work with brands that fit my interests and personality.
