Okay, I think I've been doing my zone two runs wrong the entire time. Yesterday, I finished a run and I decided to check my Apple Watch against this app that's called Zone 2 AI. Because I've basically just been trusting whatever zone two range my watch gives me and I've been running within that. But when I put my workout into Zone 2 AI, it gave me a completely different personalized range. And I was like, apparently, I might have been running a little too fast the whole time. What I find interesting is that Zone 2 AI looks at more than just your range based on your own health data, your training history, and how your workouts actually feel. So instead of me just blindly following the number on my watch, I can actually get a better idea of what zone two should look like for me. Let me just say if you're an Apple Watch or Garmin user and you're doing zone two training, this is definitely something I'll check out. It's called Zone 2 AI and is available on the App Store.
