Sometimes even my simple Asian rice can taste a little flat like it needs something more. That's when I add the soy sauce with deep fermented aroma and rich umami flavor. Just a little over my Asian bowl makes it taste so much richer. You can always add this instead of salt to season different dishes while adding savory umami flavor from fermented soy sauce. It's perfect for dipping sauce for my dumplings, but also works perfectly as a simple cukuker salad dressing. The soy sauce has deep aroma, clean ingredients, all purpose versatility. It's great for tofu lovers for anyone who wants to add umami flavor to everyday cooking.
