About Liz

Hey, I'm Liz! I'm a San Francisco Bay Area millennial lifestyle creator and a total coffee enthusiast. I make real-life content about wellness, fitness, mental health, food, travel, and skincare. These are the things I actually live and love. I went to grad school for marriage and family therapy, so mental health and real connection are close to my heart. My content is honest and never overly polished. I just share what works for me. When I'm not creating, I'm usually out for a run, on the golf course, hunting down the best brunch spot, or on an adventure with my husband (a veteran) and our 90lb black Lab. I also speak English and Spanish, so I can create for both audiences. My goal with every video is to make it feel like a friend telling you about something she loves, not an ad.
