I just scanned everything in my kitchen and I genuinely want to throw half of it away. Like this bit. I buy this all the time. Like, see, it's literally about to finish. Thinking it's fine and it literally scored zero. Ultraprocessed, refined oils, refined sugar, all of that. And these sausages. These sausages were even worse. Again, about to finish. And I got zero again. Additives, flavoring, micro plastics. This is normal grocery store food. Even this ketchup that I had in my fridge forever, like just look at this huge bottle that I've got here. I honestly never even questioned this stuff before but the score shocked me. I'm literally going to start checking everything on IV app before I buy anything now.
