I just received the Minut sensor and I couldn't wait to unbox it. This is an all-in-one smart monitoring device designed for homes and short term rentals. But honestly it's great for anyone who wants a safer, smarter space. In the box you get the sensor, the mounting plate and everything you need to set it up. It's compact, minimal and really lightweight. I started by removing the mounting plate. It has an adhesive backing so you can install it without any tools, which is perfect for renters like me. And then I turned the sensor on and it connected to the Minut app almost instantly. The setup process was super simple and took just a couple of minutes. I placed mine on the ceiling because that gives the best coverage for motion and noise detection and it sticks on really securely. What will you use Minut for? Reduce noise complaints, prevent unwanted parties, save on utility bills, keep property mold free, detect extra guests automatically, track temperature and humidity and even alert you if someone tries to tamper with the device.
