Hey guys, today we're going to be making a bedtime pouch. So this is the one I'm going to use. My sister got it for me. It has my name. It from I think she bought it from a small vendor in Italy. But yeah, this is my way of trying to fix my sleep schedule because I have the worst sleep schedule ever. I'm even trying some chamomile tea. It's so disgusting guys, but it's supposed to help me sleep. I'm gonna see if it actually helps me sleep because it's really bad guys. I go to sleep at like 3 AM every day and I wake up at like 8. Okay, so the first thing we're going to put in is this Aroma Therapy. Sleep spray, you like spray it on your pillows and stuff before you sleep and it's supposed to help you. My mom always used these for us, like before we go to sleep. So we'll see if it actually helps. And then I also have like really dry skin, so we're going to put in this bath and body works body butter. It feels super nice, the scent milk, I think. And I also have a matching perfume which also, whenever I do spray this before going to sleep like after I shower. It it actually helps me fall asleep. Like it sounds crazy, but it's the truth. Along with that, I also have like this little jar of Laneige lip mask. I've had this like forever. I don't know how long I've had it for, but like it has not run out. It runs out super slow. Lasts forever and it's really good too. So, yeah. Next, we have like my eczema cream cuz I always find like random spots and I'm like that's eczema. But it only comes like seasonally, so it's weird. But yeah, it's actually they help it go away like super fast. So, yeah. Next, we have our hair clip that's like huge because nothing holds my hair up other than this one. It's from Target, but it works all the time. But like my room always gets whatever the AC is at first. So it's either going to be super cold or it's going to get really hot in here. And yeah, I need to pick up my hair sometimes. So, yeah, we have our hair clip. Next, we have our sleeping masks. This is actually a game changer, guys. Get yourself whichever one. I think they all work. I've heard bad things about the nap pods though, like it gives you like night terrors. I don't know. Some people say it's really good, some people say it's really bad. I'm a little bit scared to try it. But I just have this one. I think it was my sister's. It was clean and I just found it and kept it because I don't even think she used it. So, yeah. Sorry, Katya, if you're seeing this, I took this from you. Um, but yeah, it actually it actually helps me fall asleep easily and it keeps me from having bad dreams too. So, go get yourself a sleep mask. Lastly, we have a book. This one's Little Women. I'm trying to read more. I don't like reading, but I'm trying to. So, yeah. Supposedly it helps you wind down a lot. So, we're starting with this one which I've had forever. I think I started it, got like one chapter and I never read it again. Other than that, I need to invest in some magnesium pills. Cuz supposedly those help you like fall asleep. So, I want to try them out. Oh, and of course, I always have my ice cold bottle of water. Which it's on my nightstand right now. So I will not be grabbing that just because I'm too lazy to get up. But yeah, thank you guys for watching my bedtime basket haul. Guys, I also forgot to mention my Grande Lash serum. It's kind of expensive and it kind of leaves me dark eye circles, so I don't use it every night but it actually works. So, yeah.
