THE HYPOCHONDRIAC SPIRALS this morning at 2:00 am I started spiraling I almost didn't sleep at all last night because I was self diagnosing myself it took me a couple hours being down the rabbit hole of Google checking all the bad things that can happen to me checking all the rare diseases out there that I could possibly have cause after having these headaches that don't go away for several days I was like oh my god might as well just plan my funeral then I realized I can just text my doctor and instead of spiraling all night and not sleeping at all I explained her my symptoms the next morning I had a video from her explaining me what was going on and as the good hypochondriac I am that was a perfect medicine I feel wonderful today and it was as easy as that I can go to sleep perfectly today and I don't have to worry anymore because I have my doctor just a text away from me
