My roots have been bothering me for weeks now. So I ran to the store instead of booking a salon appointment. I don't really have the time or the budget for. I like that they carry so many different shades, so I could actually find the one close to my color instead of just guessing. I grabbed this. Clairol root touch up. It's under $10, which is a fraction of what I'd spend at a salon. Everything I need is right here in the box. The color, the developer, a bowl and a brush. No extra trips to grab something I forgot. And this is what really sold me on it. I'm only doing my roots, not my whole head. The brush makes it easy to see exactly where I'm going instead of just guessing. Then I let it sit for just 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes is up, I rinse it out and blow dry my hair like normal. Add a quick style to it. My roots are completely blended in. I'm over 50 and I've been gray for a long time. At some point, I'll probably let it grow out. Just not yet. Until then, this is how I keep my color without spending hundreds at a salon.
