Roja Beauty gifted me their Bloom Balm in the shade Heat, so let's try it together. I really love how hydrating this feels on. It has this smooth, comfortable texture without feeling heavy or sticky. And I like that it's like kind of giving me a bitten lip type of feel. The color is really, really pretty. It's like doing just enough that it doesn't take away from my makeup.
