alright I'm taking a break from gaming and getting run over in Fortnite and planning to make some oven baked crispy chicken it's cool for a variety of cooking types but I think it's mostly used for smoking and grilling which is nice but I'ma use it for some baked goodness i peeled open the chicken and pop that bad boy into the oven at 425 degrees checked on the chicken later on and it was baked to perfection the butcher paper held up pretty well and I don't know if it was just the taste of the paper infused into the chicken but it was freaking delicious more so than usual I think either that or I was still hungry all around not bad
