I never my mouthwash would become my mouthwash would become the whole reason i completely changed i completely changed my oral care after after my dentist told me my dentist told me i needed to start paying i needed to start paying attention to my gum health because I was very close because I was very close to developing gingivitis and honestly that and honestly that was the ultimate wake up call for me I was brushing my teeth every day but I didn't realize but I didn't realize that taking was just as important was just as important as taking care of my teeth that's when i started using therabreath healthy gums oral rinse oral rinse and it quickly became one of my favorite steps in my routine what I love about it is that it's dentist formulated so i knowing that I'm adding a product into my routine that's designed with my oral health in mind it leaves it leaves my mouth feeling genuinely fresh and clean without that harsh burning sensation that some mouthwashes have taking care of my gums is something I never thought about before but now it's a step I don't skip sometimes the smallest changes in your routine can make the biggest difference
