come w/me to wellhouse 4 contrast therapy come with me to my contrast therapy at wellhouse in Boise off of the green belt with the cutest office and lounge area there's two different saunas that vary in temps and sizes the saunas are also wood burning and typically I stay in for 15 minutes and then I hit the cold plunge for about three to five there are four cold plunges outside that range from the temperatures of 50 to the 30s and I personally love the second to coldest one it not only has helped my mental health tremendously but it's also helped to detoxify my body and it has been great for my Cigna wellness never looked this hot
