This just might be the easiest thing I've ever added to my morning routine. It's literally just something I take once a day, so it's been ridiculously easy to stay consistent with. And honestly, that's probably my favorite part. If something takes a bunch of effort every day, I'm probably not going to stick with it. The part I didn't expect is that I actually like the taste.
