I used to not even think about my health when I felt run down, but lately, I've been a lot more intentional about what I put into my body every single day. I wanted something simple, something natural, something that I could actually stick with. And that's when I came across Zumbani, a wild harvested African jungle herbal tea that's been used for generations. I even came across some early research on the plant itself, which honestly surprised me. I wasn't expecting that. And now it's become a part of my daily routine, especially with our long Canadian winters here at the cabin. I love winter for the most part, but some days are definitely harsher than others. And I feel like I need that natural boost. And I'll be honest, I didn't expect much from the taste, but it's completely surprised me. It's citrusy, a little earthy, and it's so enjoyable. It's wild harvested using more traditional methods, which, you know, makes it feel a bit more unique than anything that I've tried before. And for me, it's just one of those small daily habits that feels good to keep.
