A lot of grounding videos on the internet completely miss one simple thing. They talk about grounding explaining, but they never actually show the proof. So let's test it. Our bodies naturally generate electrical signals. It's how our nervous system communicates with our muscles and our brain. So we naturally carry small electrical charge. When you're outside touching the earth, the grass, the soil, the sand, the beach. That charge can balance out. It's one of the reasons that people often feel so relaxed being outdoors. But the reality is most of us live and work inside. That's where grounding mats come in. They're designed to connect you to the earth's ground even when you're indoors. This cord plugs into the ground port of the standard outlet. It doesn't send electricity to the mat. It simply connects the mat to the earth's ground. This tester actually measures electrical charge. And it can measure that charge in the body. So let's test it and let's see what happens. The moment my skin touches the grounding mat, watch the meter. It'll drop to zero. That's the same as touching the earth outside. Step off the mat and the charge comes back. Step onto the mat and I'm grounded again. I just wanted to show it. I mean, I hope it helps. I hope it helps explain things for you. If you've got questions, drop them in the comments. I'm happy to help. And if you want to try grounding for yourself, check out how to get your own grounding mat. There's specials on right now. Check out my page, check out the links. Happy to help.
