Alani has some of the best flavor options, but I know I had to go with the cotton candy. They were only about $23, which is a crazy steal. I couldn't wait till I got home, so I got to open them now. All their flavors are about 10 to 20 calories with about 200 milligrams of caffeine. I love that they have B vitamins too. So if it was more like a functional energy drink and not just a pure energy drink. Thanks to Alani, I can now pack and achieve everything with energy.
