POV: you want sourdough but don't know where to start trying to figure out a sourdough starter from scratch I'm gonna use this this little 12 gram packet is a freeze-dried sourdough starter from Rustic Roots so I can reactivate this right at home in my own kitchen and then just maintain it like I would a regular starter and the coolest part is that this 170 year old San Francisco style culture is made with organic non-GMO flour and water I'm so excited because I've always wanted to start a sourdough starter but the idea of actually doing it has always put me off because it seems so complicated so no more excuses today today is day one if sourdough has been on your list to do for a long time this might just be the place to start
