This is embarrassingly stupid... i've realised something slightly ridiculous as to why I never drink enough water. And apparently the problem isn't that I forget. It's that drinking water requires about three seconds too much effort. Give me a bottle that I have to un- screw every time. Well, apparently that is too much happening. But this water bottle from Yeti, flip it open, drink, close it, done. And there's another reason I'm actually drinking more of it. The water stays properly cold. So yeah, apparently the secret to getting me to drink more water is to make it absolutely zero effort.
