What I Eat in a Day Training for 3 Marathons three marathons this month and some of it might surprise you three marathons means every meal has its own little purpose Breakfast was eggs and bagels, those carbs and protein. Then we had yogurt with berries because marathon training has me hungry all day. And then of course before my run I had Scratch Labs energy chews because quick carbs and they taste like candy. Lunch was spring rolls with avocados and tomatoes because I was too lazy to make anything else. Then I threw down some cottage cheese, some bread I found and my homemade protein balls because easy snacks are top tier during high mileage. I was still pretty full from earlier so dinner was a cute little salad I chef'd up, a fat plate of salmon and then of course more bread. And then I don't skip dessert because marathon training isn't about eating perfectly clean, it's about giving your body the fuel it needs.
