What I eat in a day Marathon carb load Tomorrow I'm running my 13th marathon so here's everything I eat today to make sure I don't bonk and mile 20. And of course. We started off with oatmeal and berries and then of course a yogurt bowl with my homemade granola. And of course a bagel with butter. Then we strolled with health food store to grab some coconut cult for my gut. For lunch I had spring rolls and samosas with a side salad that I chef'd up myself. And let's not forget about that delicious blueberry cobbler. I was beyond stuffed by now but you can't skip dinner during a carb load. So we threw down some salmon, mussels, and mashed potatoes because I love my seafood. And then we capped off some carb load with some English muffins and hard boiled eggs. 450 grams of carbs and that's a wrap. See you tomorrow for the race. Bye.
