Question 1

How fast can we launch a brief?

Accepted Answer

Most brands send their first brief within 24 hours of signup. From brief sent to first creator submission averages 4-6 days.

Question 2

How do creators get paid?

Accepted Answer

Stripe Connect handles every payout. The moment you approve content, the creator gets paid. No Venmo, no manual transfers, no chasing invoices. Every payment is 1099-ready and exportable.

Question 3

What types of creator programs does Roster support?

Accepted Answer

Paid Meta and TikTok spark ads, whitelisted handles, affiliate and commission deals, gifting and seeding, and hybrid briefs. Same pipeline for all of them.

Question 4

Do you replace our creative agency?

Accepted Answer

On the Managed tier — yes, that's the point. On Standard and Premium, we replace the operations layer (sourcing, contracts, payouts, briefs) so your agency or in-house team can focus on creative direction.

Question 5

Can we bring our own creators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite creators you already work with into your Roster workspace and run briefs, payments, and contracts through us. We don't lock you into our pool.

Question 6

How are usage rights handled?

Accepted Answer

Built-in contracts cover usage rights, exclusivity, term length, and FTC disclosure. Your legal team can review and customize the template once — every creator signs the same thing going forward.

Question 7

Who is Roster for?

Accepted Answer

DTC brands shipping creative weekly, performance agencies running multiple clients, and in-house teams that need creator ops without building it in-house.

Question 8

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
