The Brand Portal is where brands and agencies post jobs, review applications and hire UGC creators. Its paid plans can start with a 7-day free trial.
How the trial works
- You pick a plan and go through checkout as normal, but nothing is charged on day one.
- After 7 days, billing starts automatically on the plan you chose.
- The trial is offered to brands who have not subscribed on the Brand Portal before. If you already have billing history with us, checkout charges you straight away instead.
- Your checkout screen is where to confirm which applies to you — it shows the price and the date of the first charge before you confirm.
What you can do during the trial
The trial gives you the features of the plan you picked. Across the portal that covers posting job listings and reviewing applications, AI applicant filtering, the influencer database of 50,000+ creators, messaging, roster management and contracts. Higher plans add content briefs, deliverables tracking and paying creators directly through Stripe. The plan comparison at checkout lists exactly what is included in the one you are buying.
How to cancel before you are charged
- Open the Brand Portal and go to Settings.
- Open the Stripe billing portal from there.
- Cancel the plan before day 7.
Cancelling during the trial stops the first charge. Cancelling after a charge has been taken does not refund it — there is no automatic refund anywhere in the product, and every refund request is reviewed by a person.
