Finding and Working With Creators as a Brand
The UGC Roster Brand Portal (at /brand/portal) gives brands several ways to find and connect with UGC creators. Here's a quick overview of the main tools.
Posting a Job and Reviewing Applications
- Go to the Job Posts tab to create a listing.
- Add a description, requirements, compensation details, and custom questions.
- Once live, creators can apply. Review their submissions in the Applications tab.
- Applications can be viewed per applicant, per question, or as an AI-generated summary.
- Hire applicants directly to your Roster from this tab.
Browsing the Influencer Database
- The Influencer Database tab lets you search UGC creators by niche, platform, follower count, and more.
- Unlock a creator's contact info to reach out directly.
- Available on every plan. How many *new* creators you can contact each month depends on your plan: 50 on Launch, 250 on Growth, unlimited on Scale.
The Marketplace
- The Marketplace tab shows creators who have opted in to be discovered by brands.
- Filter by niche, platform, and content type to find the right fit.
Messaging Creators
- Use the Messages tab to chat directly with creators.
- Conversations are linked to job post applications.
- Messaging requires an active subscription on any plan.
What each plan adds
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | |------|---------|-----------------| | Launch | $379/mo | $299/mo ($3,588/yr) | | Growth | $499/mo | $399/mo ($4,788/yr) | | Scale | $1,249/mo | $999/mo ($11,988/yr) |
- Launch — campaigns, applications, messaging, contracts and e-signatures.
- Growth — adds briefs, revisions and content approvals, creator payouts, and Meta whitelisting and ad codes.
- Scale — removes the campaign, contact and seat limits, and adds developer API access.
Older plan names still appear on some accounts. Standard ($99/mo) and Premium ($249/mo) were retired in September 2026 and can no longer be bought. Existing subscribers keep their original price and their uncapped access, so a brand quoting a plan or figure you do not recognise is probably on a legacy plan rather than mistaken — check the account rather than correcting them.
For help with any Brand Portal feature, open the in-app support widget (bottom-right) or use the "Talk to the team directly" form.
