If you subscribed to UGC Roster inside the iPhone app, Apple is billing you — not us. That changes both how you cancel and how refunds work.
Why it's different
Apple controls every App Store purchase. We cannot cancel or refund an App Store subscription from our side, and nothing you do inside UGC Roster stops it. Even when the app shows your subscription as cancelled, Apple keeps billing until you cancel in the store.
How to cancel
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find UGC Roster and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also do this at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Apple keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How to ask Apple for a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the UGC Roster charge and submit a refund request.
Apple reviews the request and makes the decision. We cannot refund an Apple charge, and cancelling does not refund one that has already been taken.
Planning to delete your account?
Cancel with Apple first. Deleting your UGC Roster account does not stop Apple billing, and once the account is gone there is no longer an in-app place to cancel from.
Not sure who is charging you?
Open Settings in UGC Roster and look at the subscription section. If it says "Your subscription is managed through the App Store", the charge is Apple's. If you see a red Downgrade to Free link instead, it is a web (card) subscription billed by us through Stripe — you can cancel that one yourself in Settings, and our team can look into charges on it. To reach a person, open the in-app support widget (bottom-right) and chat, or use the Talk to the team directly form.
