UGC Roster lets you connect your own email account (Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP) and send pitch emails directly to brands — either manually or using automated sequences.
Requirements
- An active paid subscription (Starter or Pro) is required to use outreach features.
- A connected email account (Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP).
How to get started
- Go to your outreach or email settings in the creator dashboard.
- Connect your Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP account by following the on-screen prompts.
- Write or select a pitch template.
- Choose the brands you want to contact.
- Send manually or set up an automated sequence.
Will emails send automatically?
Yes — once you configure an automated sequence and hit send, emails go out according to the schedule you set. Review everything carefully before activating.
Writing a good pitch
A strong pitch is short, specific, and shows the brand why you're a good fit. Mention your niche, a relevant content example, and what you're offering.
Connection or deliverability issues?
If your email account won't connect or emails aren't sending, open the in-app support widget (bottom-right) and use the "Talk to the team directly" form — the team replies by email and can help troubleshoot.
