Outreach Tracking (left sidebar, under the Land Deals group) is where every pitch you have sent lives. Here is how to read it.
What the sections mean
- Automated — pitches automated outreach sent for you.
- You sent from UGC Roster — pitches you sent yourself from the platform.
- Drafts — emails that were generated but never sent.
- Marked sent (no saved email) — you marked a brand as contacted by hand. There is no stored message, because it never went through Roster.
You can filter the list by All, Replied, Awaiting reply, Drafts or Needs follow-up (sent at least three days ago with no recorded reply), and search it by brand.
How to tell if a brand replied
Pitches go out from your connected address, so replies land in your own email inbox — check there first. Replies we detect also show up in Outreach Tracking. For Gmail, that detection needs read access: if Settings → Email & outreach shows "Inbox monitoring needs Google permission", reconnect Gmail and grant it.
Following up
- Go to Settings → Email & outreach and open the Follow-up emails panel.
- Choose how many days to wait before following up, and write the message you want sent.
- Once a sent pitch reaches that age, a Follow up button appears on it in Outreach Tracking. Clicking it sends that message.
Fully automated follow-ups — written and sent for you, threaded into the original email, and never sent to a brand that has already replied — are a Pro-plan feature.
How long until a brand replies?
There is no answer to this one, and anyone who gives you a number is guessing. UGC Roster sets no deadline for brands and no reply is guaranteed. What you can control is your portfolio and how many good brands you reach, so keep pitching rather than waiting on one.
