Your sign-in email can't be changed by you. In Settings → Account it appears under Sign-in email with the note "Cannot be edited here" — the team makes the change for you.
Note this is different from your contact email, which you *can* edit yourself in Settings. Changing the contact email does not change the address you sign in with.
How to request the change
- Open the support widget (bottom-right) in the app or on the website.
- Use the "Talk to the team directly" form.
- Include your current sign-in email and the new email address you want to use.
- The team replies by email and will verify it's really you before making the change.
Because this is done by hand, the team may ask you to sign in once with the new address first so the two accounts can be linked.
Good to know
- Never share your password, and never share bank or card details in a chat or a form. The team will never ask for either.
- If you sign in with Apple or Google rather than a password, say so — your login is tied to that account.
- Once the change is made, sign in with the new address from then on.
If you've only forgotten your password
You don't need any of this. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the reset email.
If you're locked out and can't reach the widget
Open ugcroster.com in a browser — the support widget and the "Talk to the team directly" form are available on the public site too. Give the team as much detail about the account as you can so they can verify you and help restore access.
