Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. Your profile, portfolio, outreach history, brand contacts, contracts, deals, payment records, email connections and saved settings all go, and your data is removed from our systems within 30 days. There is no way to undo it.
Cancel any subscription first
Do this before you delete. Creators have been charged after deleting because they skipped this step.
- Apple App Store: deleting your Roster account does not stop Apple billing. Cancel first on your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → UGC Roster → Cancel Subscription.
- Google Play: cancel first in the Play Store, under Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Web (card) subscription: this one we cancel for you as part of the deletion, so there is no extra step. You can also cancel it yourself first in Settings → Downgrade to Free.
Once the account is gone there is no in-app place left to cancel from, and a store subscription keeps charging. Deleting also never refunds a charge that has already been taken.
How to delete
- Open Settings in your creator dashboard.
- Scroll to the Delete account section and click Delete my account.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
- Click Permanently delete account.
If deletion is blocked
If the same login also owns a brand or agency account, we refuse the deletion on purpose — going ahead would wipe live campaigns and billing. Open the in-app support widget (bottom-right) and chat, or use the Talk to the team directly form, and the team will close it safely.
Just want to stop paying?
You do not have to delete anything to stop being billed. See *How to Cancel Your Web Subscription*, or cancel in the App Store or Play Store if the app is what's charging you.
