Setting Up and Editing Your Creator Profile

Why your profile matters

Brands review your profile when you apply to their job posts or when they find you in the creator marketplace. A complete profile increases your chances of getting hired.

How to access your profile

  1. Log in to UGC Roster.
  2. Look for your profile or account icon in the navigation (usually top-right or in the sidebar).
  3. Click to open your creator profile page.

What to fill in

  • Bio and niche — describe the type of content you create.
  • Portfolio — upload sample videos or link to past work.
  • Rates — set your pricing so brands know what to expect.
  • Social links and platform info — connect your channels.
  • Profile photo — a clear headshot builds trust.

Adding a website or URL

If you don't have a personal website, you can use a link-in-bio tool (like Linktree) or a social profile URL. The field just needs a valid web address.

Does my profile need to be 100% complete before I can start?

You can start exploring the platform before your profile is fully complete, but a fuller profile gives brands more confidence when reviewing your application.
