Uploading and Managing Your Portfolio Videos

Why add portfolio videos?

Your portfolio is one of the first things brands look at. Adding sample UGC videos — even ones you made for practice — shows brands your style and quality.

How to upload a video

  1. Log in and go to your creator profile.
  2. Find the portfolio section.
  3. Click the upload button and select your video file, or paste a link if the field supports URLs.
  4. Save your changes.

How to delete or replace a video

If you uploaded the wrong video:

  1. Go to your profile's portfolio section.
  2. Find the video you want to remove.
  3. Look for a delete or remove option on the video card.
  4. Confirm deletion, then upload the correct file.

If you don't see a delete option for a verified creator video, open the support widget (bottom-right) and ask the team to remove it — use the "Talk to the team directly" form and the team replies by email.

My portfolio shows an unexpected view count — is that right?

View counts displayed on your profile are pulled from linked social accounts or entered manually. If a number looks wrong (e.g. shows 2M views unexpectedly), check that your linked accounts and any manually entered stats are correct. If it still looks off, contact the team via the support widget.

Tips for a strong portfolio

  • Show a variety of content styles and niches.
  • Keep clips short and high quality.
  • Include any brand work you've done, even unpaid practice runs.
